RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We like to think that we offer the very best service here at The Shower Seal Shop Ltd, so if you have ordered the wrong item, you can simply return it to us at the address below for a full refund. If you wish to exchange the item you will need to return the item for the full refund, and re-order the new item either online or over the phone in the usual way. We ask for returns to be within 20 days of the purchase date please.
RETURNS:
All items can be returned to us that have been delivered to a UK address. Please scroll down for our full returns address.
As per our Terms & Conditions, it is down to the customer to pay for the return back to us. If the item to return is in an envelope or a tube that is only 850mm long - we would recommend using your local post office (Royal Mail). If the item is in a tube that is 1200mm or longer please use a courier to return the item.
