RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We like to think that we offer the very best service here at The Shower Seal Shop Ltd, so if you have ordered the wrong item, you can simply return it to us at the address below for a full refund.  If you wish to exchange the item you will need to return the item for the full refund, and re-order the new item either online or over the phone in the usual way.  We ask for returns to be within 20 days of the purchase date please.

ONLY 1ST EXCHANGE IS FREE.  CHARGES APPLY TO FURTHER SUBSEQUENT EXCHANGES OF SECONDARY ITEMS.  CALL US ON 01732 840 380 FOR FURTHER DETAILS.

Please ensure you enclose your details on a note with the item so we know who it's from!  Otherwise this will certainly delay the process...

Refunds are processed the day we receive your item back, as long as they are received in re-sellable condition.  Please note: any damaged returns will not be refunded.  

 

Please ensure the correct postage is applied to your returned item, as returns are the customers responsibility, and we cannot refund or exchange if an item is lost in the post!

Any items received damaged must be reported within 48 hours of receipt for us to enable to claim from our shipping companies.  (Excluding weekends & Bank Holidays)



LOST ITEMS
